“…[spirituality] is not concerned with any transcendence of the natural order, but with the redemption of fallen creation: God in the incarnation, reveals himself within the world of time and space. For the Christian, spirituality is concerned not with emancipation from the limitations imposed by nature and society, but with their transformation.”

Hi Nathan,
ReplyDeleteI just thought i'd let you know that what you write in your blogs gives me food for thought! I appreciate your blogs. I'm at Trinity right now, in the MACP programme. But i grew up in India and my parents are missionaries at the Nepal Border. Seth gave me the link to your blog and what i have read has really inspired me and i can relate to a lot of what you've written about. I even sent the link to your blog to my mom and she said to tell you that we have also experienced what you experienced on the train. :) God is good and moves in so many ways! Hope you are blessed during the rest of your stay. And hope to see you when you come back to Trinity :) ~ Abby.
Abby, Great to hear that there is another India lover at Trinity. Thanks for the encouragement and for passing on the stuff to your mom. If you're friends with Seth, then you're friends with me. I love that man. See you on campus in August. Blessings!
